Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price of your order will be totaled at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, and VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Klarna Checkout
  Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best. A nice thing about Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either by Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.
  
  
• PayPal
  Pay by card, with or without a PayPal account. You can also pay directly with your PayPal account.
  
  
• Invoice
  Prepayment thru bank transfer.

Deliveries and returns

Conditions for delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, this is stated for each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all claims for compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new freight from us to you.

14 days open purchase

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or major part of it). The item should be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If you, the customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has resulted in the item being returned being worth less, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the item from the amount to be refunded. The loss of value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund policy

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
