The CPU Filter is an 8 HP version of System80's Jove filter decked out in the imprint's signature livery. Like the Jove, it's based on the circuit and functionality of Roland's Jupiter-6 filter, which is prized for its vowel-like, acidic resonance. It offers four filter types—24 db and 12 db low-pass, band-pass and high-pass—plus a pair of audio inputs, two lines of CV control over the cutoff frequency and another for controlling the resonance level.
